Dr. Joseph E. Baptiste, a retired Colonel USA, is the current Medical Director of J.B Dental Implant and Reconstruction Center in Silver Spring, MD. He is a member of the North East Regional Board (NERB), Chairman of the National Organization for the Advancement of Haitians (NOAH), President Emeritus of the Haitian Diaspora Federation, President of Seguin Foundation USA (SF), and the current Commissioner for the Governor of MD Commission of Caribbean Affairs.

- Dr. Joseph E. Baptiste is the current Medical Director of J.B Dental Implant and Reconstruction Center, Chief of Dental Services, 2290 th USAR at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Colonel, US Army Reserve, and Member of the Nord East Regional Board, Maryland State Board of Dental Examiners, Diplomat of the International Congress of Implant logy, Fellow and Diplomat of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the American College of Forensic Examiners, Chairman of NOAH , and co-founder of the Haitian Diaspora Federation.
A graduate of Howard University, School of Dentistry, Dr. Baptiste is a former member of Maryland State Board of Dental Examiner, and Iraqi war veteran
A highly decorated soldier and social policy advocacy leader, Dr. Baptiste was awarded the National Defense Service medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service medal, the Armed forces Expeditionary Medal, the Army Meritorious Unit Award, Army achievement Medal and the Army Commendation medal , professional awards include “Who’s Who among Outstanding Americans” and “Who’s Who among Outstanding Executives and Professionals ,” the Washingtonian Magazine Top 100 Best Doctors in the Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia area. He has been recognized by Howard University most Outstanding Alumni and on numerous boards, Governors, members of Congress, and Presidents.
