    In a keynote speech at the opening of the Third Annual Conference of the National Association of Haitian Professionals held in Boston, Massachusetts, Minister for Haitians living abroad François Guillaume II announced that his ministry is setting up an integration program that will allow young qualified professionals from the diaspora to come to Haiti in support of public institutions.

    This program slated to go into effect in early 2015 will match the professional’s area of expertise with key public institutions where they can put their knowledge and experience to work for the homeland over a pilot period of 9 months.
