The plan would be according to a convention signed on March 5, 2015, according to FrenchGuyane.fr. That signatories of this convention are the French Office for Immigration and Integration (OFII), the Consulate of Haiti and the World Entrepreneurs Association, an association specialized in microcredit.
"The money should helps fund an office lease, overhead or trade equipment," said Eric Spitz who added that "this aid is intended to help the Haitian nationals from Guyana to return home in dignity and to build their future in their country."
The World Entrepreneurs Association will not only pay the 4000 euros to the entrepreneur but will also accompany the project through with assistance setting up the company or training.
